Tu travailles à une entreprise américaine-française. Ton chef t’a demandé de lui acheter des billets pour aller de Paris à Philadelphia. Tu as acheté les billets, sans problème, mais il ne sait quoi faire à l’aéroport. Il veut que tu lui donnes des instructions pour naviguer l’aéroport.
Tu sais qu’il n’est pas très intelligent. Il faut lui donner des instructions exactes et avec des illustrations.
